AlumaReel understands that products do at time not fit our customers need for one reason or another. When returning products, we ask that the following steps are taken (as outlined below):
- Return time period begin on the date of sale.
- 30 day money back policy on most products.
- Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the dealer/client.
- Include invoice number and sale information with returned product.
- Where possible, product exchanges are preferable.
All defective product will be subject to exchange or customer account credit
Reason for Return
All returned product should be accompanied by reasons for the return. In many cases, we may be able to suggest a different product that would better suit your needs. If you would like to exchange a product, any price difference will either be refunded or charged to your billing account.
- All returned product MUST contain ALL original materials. This include manuals, etc
- Original manufacturers label must be intact.
- Include a copy of invoice with returned package.
- Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged due to improper use/shipping damage.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply if the product(s) are returned outside of 30 days hassle free guarantee.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment and/or charge a restocking fee with damaged product(s).
- A restocking fee will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay or for reasons other than defect.
Limitation of Liability
AlumaReel products are designed and tested with a number of quality assurance checks in place in efforts to deliver a superior product every time. AlumaReel reserves the right to make changes with out notice to improve performance of the product or to accommodate changes made in the process.
